Expansive Space Exhibits a Multitude of Vignettes for Client Selections                             

The John Cannon Design Center encompasses nearly 4,000 square feet of space that provides a luxurious yet truly conducive atmosphere for this key component in the homebuilding process.

This expansive space is used to exhibit a multitude of vignettes displaying all products from the most opulent designs in flooring to the most luxurious of bath fixtures. We know that there are so many options, choices and selections to be made during the construction process of your home; we hope to make it easier by showcasing your selections in our state-of-the-art Design Center.

Here, neatly assembled in one location, is every element your home will ever need-with samples you can see, touch and feel and licensed designers to hold your hand through the entire selection process. No more forays to warehouses and supply centers!

As soon as you sign a homebuilding contract with John Cannon Homes, you'll be assigned a designer. Design Center Manager Lynn Hunter, ASID wants future homeowners to know that "This allows our designers to get a handle on your wants and needs."  Many homeowners are surprised that they will select roof tile, driveway materials, patio and porch pavers, pre-cast or natural stone, exterior lighting, an elevation paint color for the exterior before they move on to interior selections.

You'll also describe what you envision your new home will look like while our designers asks dozens of questions and takes notes. You might find it helpful to walk back through our models, taking note of any details that seem especially appealing, or visit specific rooms through the virtual tours of our model homes that can be found on our Gallery page.

As our client you will continue to meet with the same designer throughout the entire process. "We believe it's crucial to maintain the relationship," Hunter says. "Our designers know the customers, and also know the homes."

Through the design center concept, it's clear that our homeowners can save time and energy while enjoying the benefit of professional design guidance. When selections are made before the first shovelfuls of dirt are turned, product delays are reduced, quoted prices remain valid and last-minute changes are avoided.
