We cannot begin to express how pleased and delighted we are with our experience as first-time new-home builders. Some of the highlights that we found in comparing your home with competitors' include the efficient use of large open room spaces, standard packages that are as good or better than most builders 'upgrades,' extensive landscaping, and most importantly, customer service!

HD & DM

We chose John Cannon to build our home because of his good reputation, and we felt he would develop a plan that was different and original. John Cannon Homes worked very hard with us in drawing the plans. Our upstairs game room is quite unique. It was planned to enhance the view of the lakes, golf courses, and woods. John Cannon Homes planned the roof-line so well that you are not aware of the second story from the front of the house.

To say that we are pleased by the outcome of the building process is an understatement. The home is well-constructed and full of architectural details which we rarely see in any other models. The most satisfying and refreshing aspect about our experience was John Cannon and the business he runs. He and his wife are honest and sincere people who really enjoy what they do. They run the business in a straightforward and up-font manner, with everything explained and written down for the prospective home owner. We appreciate his organization and attention to details. John and Phillipa really care about the home owner's wishes.

You were always around to personally supervise every detail, you kept us well-informed of the progress, and you were always available for a phone call or a meeting on the homesite.
