My first custom home and it's been such a wonderful experience working with all members thus far. They are knowledgeable and truly assisting me in the best way. I look forward to continuing to learn and see their amazing work. I didn't do much research before signing with them for some reason. It just felt right meeting Bob and their team members at the beginning. So allow the universe to guide me. From reading some of the post today, I'm grateful that they are building my new home that would sustain the weather in Sarasota.

The most efficient and gorgeous model home I've seen in years!!! the decor is outstanding and the appointments are incredibly warm and inviting. A must see!!

We absolutely recommend working with John Cannon Homes! If you are considering building your custom dream home, put this company at the top of your list. We are halfway through our build, and everyone has been a joy to work with... from our initial contact with sales, draft department personnel, designers, to Will, our project manager. Good communications and they are very responsive and accommodating.

John Cannon Home Builders has been amazing to work with on building our new home. Their design staff and their architectural department have exceeded our expectations with their incredible attention to detail. We are having them build us a one of a kind home in Wellen Park, FL, in the Everly Community. Our building superintendent in charge of construction, Jason Carr, has been a delight to work with. As we are not in Florida at this time, his daily communications make us feel like we are. He updates us with pictures of the build site and the community, as well as giving us progress reports. We cannot thank him enough as we look forward each day to his update reports and pictures of our site. Thank you Jason very much.

I've lived in Sarasota for the last ten years and have been in every builder's home, and John Cannon Homes is the best quality. For example, I'd rather be in a JCH home during a hurricane than in any production builder, and I'm much prouder of the finished product of the JCH home than of any other builders I've had. Every builder has/had stumbling blocks, especially during covid! Even if problems were encountered during construction, the fact is the end result is a masterpiece, one of kind, safe and beautiful home to last generations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JCH.

Throughout my lifetime I’ve had the opportunity, I guess, to build six homes, this being the sixth one. Each of those come with different experiences and at different times. I have to say that the actual building experience all the way through these processes with John Cannon Homes has been extraordinary. Every builder has/had stumbling blocks, especially during covid! Even if problems were encountered during construction, the fact is the end result is a masterpiece, one of kind, safe and beautiful home to last generations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JCH.
