Each of the builders selected a home site and worked closely with the community's Architectural Review Committee to ensure that their designs create a cohesive environment without duplicating a particular elevation or style. Of paramount importance is how each home is positioned on the home site to take full advantage of the lush natural surroundings that are so much a part of this neighborhood's unique charm. Floor plans are carefully tweaked to bring a sense of nature indoors though the use of large windows, organic materials and spacious screened areas. Each package has a comprehensive move-in-ready price that includes the home site. John Cannon Homes turned to the southern-influenced Low Country for design inspiration. Created by John Cannon with his team of designers, the Taronga combines a traditional look with modern amenities that will appeal to homeowners looking for an understated elegance.

The Taronga details:
This design features five bedrooms, four baths, living room, dining room, family room, game room, study, kitchen with breakfast area, two lower level lanais, and a deck on the upper level along with a oversized three-car motor court.

Anchor Builders worked closely with a locally renowned Architect to create a French-inspired masterpiece. This European-influenced design is a refreshing change from traditional Florida architectural so prominent in the area.

The Savoy details:
This 6,560 square foot, two-story home features his-and-her offices, a grand salon with 14-foot ceilings, a wine cellar and butler pantry. The Master bedroom is privately located downstairs. Two bedrooms with private baths along with a game room and a cozy reading loft are located upstairs. This area could be customized to add a third bedroom and bath. An intimate guest quarters is situated at the rear of the home for privacy and features a private side entrance. A club room/media room is conveniently located on the first level, beyond the family room and adjacent to the expansive outdoor living area. The three car garage is accessed through a European-styled portico to an Auto Court.

Gibraltar Homes is offering two designs. Their in-house architectural team created two distinctly different styles for customers to choose from.

The Muir Woods details:|
This two-story home features a welcoming front porch entry, grand foyer, formal living room, wine cellar with bar and pass-thru window to lanai, formal dining room, den, four bedrooms, three full baths, two half baths. The upstairs features a 4th bedroom, private and spacious billiard/media room with optional bar area, and front and rear balconies capturing unobstructed outdoor vistas. The first floor outdoor living area has a large open dining area and optional outdoor kitchen, pool and spa. A full three car side entry garage is included.

The Sequoia details:
A single story masterpiece featuring a gracious entry foyer, formal living, wine cellar with bar and pass-thru window to lanai, formal dining room, den, four bedrooms with private baths, and a pool/guest bath. The sensational outdoor living area features large dining area and optional kitchen, pool and spa. A full three car side entry garage compliments the home.
While both Gibraltar models feature many of today's most popular aspects of home design, both homes remain remarkably distinct and offer the perfect blank canvas for homeowners to add their own special flair.

The Design Strategy:
This innovative design ready strategy is a new sales initiative for the Florida market. Through a carefully managed process, each builder selects a home site and designs a home for that site. The final design includes a move-in ready budget. Due to the generous (3-5 acres) lot sizes at The Forest, buyers can select alternate lots for these four homes. In keeping with the "No Repeat Rule", future buyers will not be permitted to duplicate these exterior designs within The Forest at Hi Hat Ranch.
