John Cannon Homes was honored with 2 “Best Overall” awards for The Newcastle and The Kylie model homes during the 2021 Parade of Homes annual award's event. In addition, John Cannon Homes also garnered 14 Individual and sub-contractor awards.

Both The Newcastle and The Kylie swept their categories while The Korina model, a previous "Best Overall" winner in both 2020 and 2019 was awarded Best Master Suite and Best Floor Plan.
