We build custom homes that are more than just a house, but a dream fulfilled, creating a lifestyle that reflects what’s important to you and an assurance that no detail will be overlooked to give you a home you will love and enjoy.
It’s your dream, we just build it.
Our Legacy
John and Phillipa Cannon founded John Cannon Homes in 1987 and have stayed true to their original vision, continuing to oversee every aspect of their company’s operation in Southwest Florida. John attends client meetings, reviews wish lists, redlines floor plans and visits job sites while custom homes are under construction. Each of the over 2,500 private residences John Cannon Homes has completed bears his imprint – an unmistakable signature.
