My first custom home and it's been such a wonderful experience working with all members thus far. They are knowledgeable and truly assisting me in the best way. I look forward to continuing to learn and see their amazing work. I didn't do much research before signing with them for some reason. It just felt right meeting Bob and their team members at the beginning. So allow the universe to guide me. As we are not in Florida at this time, his daily communications make us feel like we are. He updates us with pictures of the build site and the community, as well as giving us progress reports. I've lived in Sarasota for the last ten years and have been in every builder's home, and John Cannon Homes is the best quality. For example, I'd rather be in a JCH home during a hurricane than in any production builder, and I'm much prouder of the finished product of the JCH home than of any other builders I've had. Every builder has/had stumbling blocks, especially during covid! I purchased a John Cannon home from an original owner in 2021. I was amazed at the documentation from John Cannon that was provided. I am a degreed engineer and am amazed at the quality that was built into this home. We have experienced 3 hurricanes with sustained winds of 100+ mph with no structural damage.
